AT4 SUGGESTED USE:
When it’s time to unleash thunder and lightning upon your workout, assess your tolerance by mixing a (½) scoop of AT4 with 8-12 fl. oz. of water. Once you have assessed your tolerance, mix (1) scoop of AT4 with 8-12 fl. oz. of water 20-30 minutes before training. NEVER EXCEED (2) SCOOPS of AT4 WITHIN A 24HOUR PERIOD.*
